Brooklyn’s growing popularity as a destination outside of New York City in and of itself is causing a boom in hotel construction. New on the horizon is the William Vale, which has already begun to tower over its neighborhood and tease for its 2016 opening.
The 21-story, four-star hotel will feature views of Brooklyn and the Manhattan skyline from its 183-room building. The hotel will feature a 60-foot outdoor lap pool (the longest hotel in the New York City area), a fitness center, and a farm-to-table restaurant concept in a rooftop setting.
