Walt Disney World Resort unveiled its summer promotions, with a “Coolest Summer Ever” theme featuring Anna, Elsa and the rest of the “Frozen” favorites. The theme will take place at all four Orlando-area Disney theme parks, two water parks and Downtown Disney, however, the main events will take place at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
The movie-themed park will showcase Frozen Summer Fun from June 17 to September 7. A live show on Hollywood Boulevard will feature Elsa, Anna, Olaf as Kristoff as they bring a chill (and snowfall) to Orlando’s summer heat and lead Frozen sing-alongs and character meet and greets. In the evenings, a DJ-led dance party will kick off the night before fireworks featuring Frozen characters round out the events.
Special premium packages include a Frozen Royal Welcome Viewing with refreshments at 10:30 a.m., reserved seating at one sing-along experience, and special fireworks viewing access with desserts and beverages. The package is $69 for adults and $39 for children, ages 3 to 9, and do not include admission tickets. (The package is not available on July 4 or 15.)
