The Woodlands Resort and Conference Center, located just outside of Houston, has completed its $75-million renovation and expansion, unveiling an entirely transformed property.
Renovations of 222 existing guest rooms and suites were completed in the Fairway Pines I and II guest wings, while Fairway Pines III rooms were replaced with 184 guest rooms and suites. Connecting the three guest room wings is a new 3,036-square-foot Living Room. The resort also welcomed a new restaurant, Robard’s, located near the golf course’s 18th hole and serving as a high-end steakhouse with private wine vault.
Families will love the addition of a new 1,005-foot lazy river that now surrounds the resort’s Forest Oasis Waterscape, which features water slides and an expansive pool.
