A new theme park For those who feel the need for speed and have a love for “TopGear” is scheduled to open in Spain in 2016. Ferrari Land will be an 18.5-acre theme park just outside of Barcelona, part of the PortAventura resort and theme park.
The $136-million park will include Europe’s highest and fastest vertical accelerators, a driving simulator, slot-car rides, and Formula 1 car exhibits. A five-star, 250-room hotel and restaurants will also be included in the development.
