With the popularity of Disney’s latest animated feature, “Frozen,” Disney Cruise Line today announced it is adding Norway to its itinerary in 2015.
The new Norwegian Fjords cruise will provide seven-, nine- and 11-night cruises from Copenhagen to Norway, Iceland and the Faroe Islands. Norway’s fjords were the inspiration and backdrop for “Frozen,” and passengers will be able to take in the scenery, including glaciers, ice-capped mountain ranges, and storybook villages.
Bookings begin on March 27, 2014 for the 2015 cruises. The seven-night Norwegian Fjords cruise departs June 6 and starts at $1,561 per person, while the nine-night departs on June 20 and begins at $2,133 per person. An 11-night Norwegian Fjords cruises that also visit Iceland and the Faroe Islands, as well as Dover, England, starts at $2,453 per person and departs on June 29.
