We stayed here based on a friend's recommendation. It was our first trip to Maine and we had a delightful experience. The Inn is beautiful, quiet but within walking distance of a number of restaurants and shops. Milan was a superb host. We enjoyed the honor bar, private deck off Room 9 and most importantly the amazing breakfasts. We are still talking about the blueberry pancakes. It was an easy drive to Acadia, but such a lovely treat to come back to the quiet side of the island at the end of the day.

We stayed two nights at Lindenwood Inn. It is a beautiful and quiet inn. Most of all, it is clean and inviting. We stayed in 3 different B&Bs on this trip and this one was by far the cleanest. The fireplace in the living room and dining room were going most of the time. Malin (not sure about spelling) and Jelena were wonderful hosts. We enjoyed the breakfast each day. Next time we will reserve one of the larger rooms! Have a great "off season". We look forward to our next stay!
