Great hotel - amazing staff

I enjoyed my stay very much.
Hotel looks a bit tired from outside - but don’t get fooled by that. Inside it is quite nice and there is a good atmosphere.

My room was located on a top floor with a great view and housekeeping was efficient and very flexible.

The club lounge was included and that made my working day so nice and easy. Staff in club lounge was fantastic and would accommodate any need.

I was in the hotel again after twenty years and it seemed to me that much has not changed. The room was large ,but there were cobwebs and strange hair in the bathroom on the ground. The kettle was a kind of brown liquid. The breakfast buffet was a great choice, but nobody came to pour me coffee in two days. Which was a pleasant surprise for me ,was the club lounge and the Tijani team. Nothing was a problem, every wish they tried to fulfill immediately with a smile. Every time if I stay in Intercontinental I have a club entry, but I haven't experienced this before, it was great
