Unhappy holiday

Rooms had rats in the walls, breakfast menu packed any variety. Had a choice of toast or cereal.
Staff at check-in were extremely rude.
Location in Lombard street was great and close to the warf if you wished to walk.

Very good value, close proximity to several major spots, clean rooms/property, complimentary breakfast, and friendly staff. Would definitely recommend as well as stay here on my next trip back to San Francisco.
