The Hampton Inn we stayed at had nicely appointed rooms. The king suite we were given at first was spacious and comfortable. The staff were pleasant. However, we didn't discover until late at night when the AC fan went off that the head of our bed was right by an elevator shaft. Every time someone used it, we heard a load vibrating sound. We requested a different room after explaining the problem with the noise. We were given a much smaller suite on a noisy road. We didn't notice at first until we returned in the evening and turned off the AC. I slept very little that night. My review is negative only because of the noise.

I’ve stayed here on three occasions. You might say I really like being here, and you would be right. I like the location; relatively quiet place in the evening. Easy access to points on the north side of Phoenix. Great service, comfortable rooms; overall solid accommodations.
