Low quality of everything

The hotel is so dirty and stinky. The food is disgusting - there are no words to describe how low-quality. Everything here is the cheapest, most miserable, and repulsive. There is no chance for a second time.

A Good Deal

Our first time at an "All Inclusive" hotel.

We arrived and our room wasn't ready; we waited until 17:30 for our room to be finally ready.

We complained to the management and they were very apologetic. The next day they upgraded our room to a suite, fresh fruit platter; chocolate, wine were awaiting us in our new room.

The HR staff were amazing! They went out of their way to compensate us for the inconvenience.

Overall, the food was tasty, lots of variety and nice presentation.

The location right on the beach made it a pleasure to enjoy the Dead Sea.

Beautiful fresh water outdoor pool.

The young, entertainment staff were amazing!

They worked from morning til night entertaining, pleasing and serving the guests.

We will definitely return.
Planning to return with the whole family.
