Having read some of the negative reviews, there was a bit of apprehension about our trip. There were 8 of us, myself and my partner (48 and 35), our 3 boys (15, 10 and 3), our (1) and my parents (mid 70s). With such a mix I was concerned that it could be a tough trip..
I needn’t have worried-honestly. If you are due to go, there is nothing to worry about. Every person in our group had a fantastic week. The villas are perfect, spacious, very clean and just what we needed.
The resort itself is also ideal-the little pool was just right for our two little ones and the big one great for the older ones. The lifeguard there also was good to see.
We went out of the main season so it was fairly quiet but that worked for us. The weather was lovely and the whole site was really well looked after and clean.
The all inclusive was not a problem-if you are used to 5 star dining you’ll be disappointed-if you’re expecting restaurant quality food, it probably won’t meet expectations. However, if you want 3* quality food (which is what you pay for), you’ll be pleasantly surprised. There’s not a huge amount of choice but we always found plenty to eat every night (all of us). The doughnuts were amazing, the veal, chicken and pork were all good. We didn’t see a fly, the drinks were all good and the staff couldn’t do enough for us.
We all loved it and it far exceeded our expectations. Like anywhere, if you want to find something to complain about, you probably could, and it seems like some people on here have done that-no complaints from any of us at all-and thanks to everyone at the hotel.
