The outside of the stone cabin was beautiful as was the Vista. The inside of the combine cabins had an odor from burning synthetic logs. The fireplace would have been a lot nicer had real firewood been supplied. The room itself was pretty but cramped and there were no blankets. Thankfully my wife always brings an electric blanket on these trips.

Went for the day. The lodge inside was very dirty not welcoming. A staff member was moving things.. He pushed open the doors. He almost hit someone in our party. We said to each other and not him he didn’t even look. He overheard us and said I looked f...u. We had children with us. Very inappropriate for an employee. I would never go there nor recommend. Besides this the grounds are not well kept. The zoo leaves a lot to be desired..the drive up the mountain was also disappointing...the view was nice but not worth it.
