Hotel was very close to the airport, checked in very fast and after we were already enjoying dinner. Room was spacious, clean, nice terrace with sun loungers where we enjoyed lovely Mojitos. We haven't used the pools but we were going to the beach which is a few steps away from the hotel. Food was lovely, so many options especially when you travel with a toddler. Employees were so friendly and professional. Evening entertainment was very good as well, one night we watched the lion king play and our son loved it.
The room we initially got had a weird smell but we complained about it and we were given another room. The only downside about the second room was that it had a shared door with the room next door. Because of that we could hear our noisy neighbours coming to their room every night after midnight. Sounded like a family from Spain with two young kids crying, overtired probably and parents shouting at them. Our son was going to bed early and he was woken up by the loud noises.
We enjoyed a lot our stay. We will definitely visit again.

This was a nice hotel, it had everything you need and couldn’t fault the staff or facilities. What this wasn’t was a luxury hotel, the superior room was pretty basic, the bathroom was tatty, cheap wooden floor in the room and cheap accessories. The room was big and always kept clean which was good. Very busy with kids running about. Towels reserving sun beds from 7am and if you wanted to book into an a la carte restaurant, you needed to que up no later than 7.30am and wait for guest services to open at 8. I wouldn’t rush back due to the hotel being to large, busy and noisy. That’s just our preference, quiet and calm. If you don’t mind a busy, family holiday and not looking for luxury it’ll be great for you. This is not a negative review, just not our cup of tea.
