My husband and I decided to stay here for a couple of nights before heading to Seattle. We enjoyed a nice walk along a bike path (across the highway) to a historical town. We were hoping to get a view of the lake but there was no public access from the townsite. Closest access is along a busy highway, up and then down a hill. Would not be practical for a young family. We were disappointed because the description stated that the lake was close by. It was not. In fact the area around the hotel is NOT attractive. No complaints about the decor of the hotel itself. The 2 young men that checked us in were not very efficient. No recognition of my Platinum status... the evening staff and check out staff were way better. The breakfast room was large with plenty of tables. Food was average as with most locations. The ladies in the breakfast area were very friendly and helpful. We splurged and reserved a King Suite with fireplace, 2 comfortable large chairs and big screen TV. It was nice but overpriced for the time of year. Not likely to stay here again. I’ll stick to the one in Whitefish.

Stayed here overnight on our way to AZ. We are gold members so got an upgrade room. The room was very large with king bed, fireplace and big screen tv. Staff was very efficient and helpful. Ordered pizza from the in hotel restaurant. Was very good not like normal bar food.
