The Shore Lodge in McCall, Idaho, offers families 77 guestrooms and suites with king or queen beds, mini-fridges, flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi. Some have fireplaces and patios, while others are also pet friendly.

The Lodge features year-round fun for families. Onsite activities include a pool, movie theater, hiking, biking, basketball and tennis courts, water sports, golf and skiing at nearby Brundage Mountain. For kids, the seasonal Camp Sharlie offers scheduled fun during hot summer days. For offsite fun, visit local attractions such as the Central Idaho Historical Museum and the Gold Fork Hot Springs.

Fuel up before all of the action at the Lodge at the onsite Lake Grill, which serves breakfast and lunch daily, as well as seasonal dinners. On Sundays, a piano player accompanies families while they dine between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. For dinner, head to the Narrows Grill onsite, which serves food and cocktails daily, with live music on Sunday and Monday evenings. The onsite Mercantile serves Starbucks Coffee and sells souvenirs and clothing daily from 6:30 a.m. to 8 p.m.

This is a very nice resort

Friendly and helpful staff at an exceptional resort. The views are great and we treated ourselves to a dinner at the steakhouse and that was delicious. I hope to have the opportunity to get back to this place in the summer so I can enjoy the lake more.

The Perfect Get-away for Couples and Families

The Shore Lodge is a jewel located at the edge of Lake Payette in McCall, Idaho. Exquisite friendly hotel. Staff is very accommodating, facility is uniquely beautiful and welcoming. They even have a private theater on site where you can pick out a movie and have a private showing. Plenty of year-round activities in the area including skiing in winter, water sports and hiking in summer, fall/spring. It has become a yearly tradition for our family. It can be popular so make reservations early.
