Located on a beach block of Dewey Beach, the BEST WESTERN Gold Leaf is situated about 10 minutes south of Rehoboth Beach. While the hotel does not offer walk-out balconies, the Juliette balconies feature great views of the Atlantic Ocean. Families can easily walk to the beach without having to cross any major roadways or head up to the rooftop pool and splash around there instead of the ocean.

The guestrooms, which hold three queen beds, are perfect for large families who need more space, sleeping up to six guests. Free Wi-Fi and complimentary breakfast are also available to guests, along with free parking for one vehicle per guestroom.

This guestroom features a large whirlpool tub in the the bedroom area with a king bed. There is also a regular size tub in the bathroom.

This oversized guestroom features a king bed without the whirlpool tub. The bathroom features a stand-up shower. A crib or rollaway bed can fit comfortably in this room.

Three Queens
Families will find plenty of space in the guestrooms that holds three queen beds, which can sleep six. A stand-up shower is featured in the bathroom. The three queen guestrooms can also connect to a second, three-queen guestroom, offering even more space for larger groups.

Beach
The hotel is situated about a half-block from the beach and Atlantic Ocean. Families can easily walk to the beach without having to cross Coastal Highway (the major thoroughfare through Dewey Beach).

Pool
The seasonal outdoor, rooftop pool is located on the fourth floor and has a depth of about 3 to 4 feet. Lounge chairs and tables and chairs surround the pool area and pool towels are provided. The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m.

Breakfast
Families can enjoy a complimentary full, hot breakfast each morning from 7 to 10 a.m. The breakfast area is located on the fourth floor and overlooks the pool. Breakfast includes items like eggs, sausage, fruit, waffles, and cereal. Fresh ground coffee is available 24/7 in the lobby.

Getting There
Dewey Beach is situated between Rehoboth Beach and Fenwick Island and is about an hour south of Dover, Delaware. The Salisbury-Ocean City Wicomico Regional Airport, located in Maryland, is about an hour from Dewey and offers connecting flights from Philadelphia or Baltimore. Philadelphia International Airport and Baltimore-Washington International Airport are both about two and half hours away.

Getting Around
Families can easily walk to many restaurants, shops and the beach from BEST WESTERN Gold Leaf. The hotel is situated on the beach block so families will not have to cross a major thoroughfare to reach the beach. There are sidewalks, however. A car is needed to venture further away from the hotel or outside of Dewey Beach.
