It was great to come back to this property after several years. Excellent customer service and attention to detail is what you will expect from this property. Prior to our stay, we were contacted by Nichele in Guest Services and all attention to details were taken into consideration. When arriving to this property, Natalie at the Front Desk treated us quite well and expedited our check-in process. The One-Bedroom Executive Suite is amazing and provides great views of Downtown Charlotte. For sensitive light sleepers, I would highly recommend that you secure a room/suite with a garden view, corner room, higher floor. If you use the white noise application as well, you are not going to have any issues with noise as some reviews may have listed here. I slept as a baby during the whole night and did not have any complains. Finally, I would like to recognize the efforts of both Nichele and Natalie for going above and beyond to make sure our needs were met and providing excellent customer service.

Superb stay at the Ritz Carlton. Really convenient for work if you need to be in Charlotte. The pool is perfectly sized for a morning swim and the gym very well equipped. The staff are very attentive and eager to help. Really a good stay!
