Made a last minute decision to stay here en route to CO from CA. Had never been to Zion and this was the perfect location! I booked the room online and it was super easy to find. The front desk employees were VERY friendly (but maybe tired or ?) the first thing that happened was she gave us our room key and directions to the building. The parking lot was pretty full so we had to park a little ways away. We get to the building (no elevators) and climb to the 2nd floor with all of our stuff only to find the room is not in this building, went downstairs still no room. Go to the building next door...upstairs and down still no room. Finally I call the front desk and ooops...sorry we gave you a room that doesn't exist. Got that straightened out and got to the right room (again no elevators). The room was clean and spacious, all good in that department. On our way out to grab dinner stopped at the front desk again to inquire about Zion. Same gal told us the wrong time the shuttle starts and that we could not park in Zion...had to take the shuttle. Thankfully I did a little research on my phone and found out that the park parking lot fills up quickly especially in the summer. We ended up driving into the park (because the shuttle didn't start till later) for sunrise and had no problem parking. There were a lot of people in line for the shuttles but it was all good that early in the morning. When we finished our quick trip to Zion we made it back to the Quality Inn in time for breakfast which was good with nice selection. This place is a perfect location...you can walk to the park or drive. Lots of spots to eat or grab a snack near by and this little town is super cute and CLEAN!

My wife and I stayed at the Quality Inn, it was a clean spacious room at a fair price with an excellent location near the entrance to Zion National Park within walking distance to the Park buses.The staff was friendly and helpful.
