Usually stay in old town but wanted a more resort like experience this trip. Was not disappointed by the Garza Blanca. Incredible property, right on the beach, lush and tropical, beautiful water and pools. Huge suites with beach views. Only 10 minutes to old town by cab which were always available day and night and only 7.50US. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing tropical getaway.
Pros: Incredible property, views, pools, private beach. Huge very nicely done suites. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Only 10 minutes from old town.
Things that could be improved or things to know: Lack of 24 hour room service. Everything on the property closes at 11 which since its far away from town isn’t great- would have loved a limited menu or some options available 24 hours. Food was OK, not bad but not great. I was expecting a little more given how great everything else at the property was. Lastly, it is a bit away from everything but only 10 minutes to town by cab. But if your used to staying in town and walking to stores, shops, off property restaurants you’ll have to take a cab to get anywhere.

try to keep this post simple and helpful...book it now!! from the welcome with our concierge Amy to the check in with Orlando..this was the beginning to an amazing stay..
have to give a shout out early that made our stay the most memorable ever: LALO..
you were an amazing person and thank you for looking out for us everyday...your excitement, energy, and attitude took this vacation to the next level! thank you
the service was over the top.. Angelo in transport was amazing and Daniel in the lower pool bar and middle bar always remembered who you are...enough about the amazing service..lets talk about the 5 star hotel..
Plenty of restaurants to choose:Italian, Mexican,Steakhouse, and Sushi...not one of the 4 dissapointed..try them all...i love food and they all were great!!
liquor: usually at all inclusives they seperate the regular vs the upgrade package...here it seemed everyone was treated equally...you good order house or premium with no extra charge..of course premium wine is an extra charge..
transportation: there is a shuttle that runs from the upper towers to the main lobby with beach..or its a 6 min walk down stairs...its easy to get around the property...dont be fooled that towers are not on the beach...shuttles everywhere..
the property is situated in the most beautiful beach, forest, and mountains of PV..this is an amzing place to escape the sounds of the city and enjoy the surrounds of nature and pools...Garza Blanca is very well maintained with a staff that is there to assist you that you are taken care of always..
this is our first time to a Garza Blanca resort...it was amazing experience and it wont be the last time to this resort..see you in Cancun or Cabo!! can we bring LALO??
Thank you PV!!!!!!
