My husband and I stay in Pittsburgh every year for a Steelers game. This was our first stay here. We liked the location. The hotel was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We will be coming back next year!

My husband and I stayed in this hotel on a weekend when the Steelers were playing at home. This was a huge mistake as it was so crowded. The staff, however, were exceptional and very helpful and friendly.
The room was clean and comfortable although somewhat dated. The heating system did not seem to have any logic behind it. It was either freezing or very hot and we had no idea which it was going to be. Breakfast is included in the price but every time we went down there they had little to nothing available as they just couldn't keep up with the amount of people staying. If I was rating the breakfast alone, it would get a one star review. Every day we ended up going out for breakfast so in effect we paid for breakfast twice as it is included in the price.
The location of the hotel was our other issue. It is nowhere near anything except the highways. Expect to do a lot of walking if you stay here.
Overall, our stay at this hotel was not awful but it wasn't great either. Given the price (which may have been higher than normal because of the Steelers game), I felt like I didn't get good value for my money.
