My parents have just come back from their stay here. They said the hotel was lovely, very clean, great location and the staff were very nice and helpful. They really enjoyed their stay. Location was perfect and they loved the atmosphere of the hotel and Venice

This is by far the worst place we’ve ever stayed in! I’d honestly say that staying in this hotel (if that’s what you’d even call it) nearly ruined our experience in Venice. I would 100% warn others NOT to stay here. The room was so filthy and had so many damages ie broken mirrors, stained upholstery and broken bedside lamps. The lady at the front desk had the cheek to accuse us of damaging a cushion which we did not, she made us pay €50 which we felt we had to or else we’d have nowhere to stay even though we hadn’t damaged anything. The same lady was extremely rude on multiple occasions to us and just didn’t make us feel very comfortable or welcome staying here. We are a young couple and felt completely helpless and taken advantage of! The bathroom drains had the foulest smell and would only disappear after the cleaners came in and it returned shortly after, they never replaced the toilet roll so we went 2 full days with no loo roll in our room. The dinning area was directly outside our room and we were woken up very early every day by other guest as it is so close. I was in tears by the end of our trip I just couldn’t wait to get away from that hotel and that lady she had no customer service skills whatsoever and would never recommend the place to anyone we absolutely hated it!
