Two days they never showed up to our room and another day I had to call. The obviously need to hire more staff. Hotel is beautiful and easy to get to places from. I would stay here again if housekeeping would have been better.

Visiting Nashville for the first time for a long weekend of fun. Check in was easy. Bellman was nice. The room was nice enough and clean.
They have a very good Bar/Restaurant called Bob's. We wound up hanging out there almost daily at the end of each day. The food was excellent and their chocolate cake is awesome! I highly recommend you make reservations as this place was packed every day. The breakfast restaurant was very good as well.
The hotel is walking distance to Broadway (2 blocks away)... where a bunch of the bars and restaurants and fun is. The Hop On Hop Off Trolley also stops right at the hotel. Finally, the Country Music Hall of Fame is located in the same building as the hotel. BarLines is another great place to eat, drink and catch a ball game in the Hotel. The Nashville Convention Center (1 million square feet) is located right across the street.
I have to vent that a bottle of water cost $5 in the Sundries shop - a little disappointing.
On the whole a great place to stay.
