Was in town on business and brought my wife with me to see the sights. The hotel is perfectly situated near Colorado St., City Hall and within walking distance to all the shopping and eating downtown Pasadena has to offer. The lobby is beautiful and the grounds are beautiful and well kept. The rooms are well appointed with comfortable beds, plenty of technology power stations and ample closet space. Decor is nice with a modern feel. The staff were helpful and friendly. Parking is $15 overnight for guests, however no in-and-out privileges, which is a little bothersome. We enjoyed the pool and the fitness facilities which are great. The pool and hot tub provide incredible views of the city hall and downtown area. There were only a couple of missed steps, however, only one bottled water was left after housekeeping each day, despite obvious signs and information that there were two of us. The sundries shop prices were very high, more so than usual and that was unfortunate. Overall, it was a great location and a great place to stay. On par with other Westin properties I’ve stayed at.

Am speaking at a conference here and, as always, Westin is a great choice. Upgraded room, nice view of the mountains, and terrific service. The outside seating restaurant staff was particularly helpful. Room wasn't ready but they took my BonVoy # and made it work to bill to the room. Then found outside plugs so I could charge my laptop and work (just got off a coast to coast flight). Nice.
