Service is very good. Very attentive. Try to get deals. The bar and all pricing is very reasonable compared to NYC. On the cold days in early November you need to taxi, uber or take the hotels car service (Tesla). All are quick and easy to get downtown and the Gulch.
If you are a dog friendly person you will like it. I my opinion, too many dogs. During breakfast on one day someone brought there dog. It barked. If you can deal with that, this will work for you. They have floors 5 and 6 for people with dogs.

If you are a grown up and enjoy a certain level of professionalism when you travel, this is not your experience. The greeting at check in by a young woman was odd, bordering on unprofessional, asking me why I’m in Nashville and when I answered that it was to see my daughter, I heard about her mother buying meals for her when she came to town, and it went on and on. I just wanted to check in, but had an extended conversation, listening to her story so as not to be rude. We never received a set of clean towels, were charged for a drink we didn’t have (they did take it off the bill), when I called the hotel to ask a question, i could never reach a human. To park overnight is 42$. There is always a long wait when arriving or leaving this hotel. The exercise room had no promised headphones, the exercise room had several elliptical machines but the tv only worked on one of them. No phone to call the front desk. No newspapers. The clocks in our room and in the exercise room were all an hour off. Our room was on the 14th floor but we heard music early and late...never figured out the source.
The lobby seemed “cool”, and there are comfortable beds, though the room design meant that if your spouse goes to the restroom in the middle of the night and turns on the light to see, it lights up the bedroom bc of a “cool” looking cloudy glass wall between the shower and the bed.
At the end of the day, this experience was not one for grownups accustomed to a certain level of traditional service and comfort while traveling. Guessing we 50 somethings are not the target market for this hotel.
