When it comes to luxury boutique hotels in Boston, Fifteen Beacon steadily hovers near the top of everyone’s list — and for good reason. Opened in 1903, this historic property is located atop Beacon Hill, in perfect proximity to many of the city’s best and most scenic family-friendly attractions, restaurants and shops.
Gas fireplaces in all 61 rooms, along with complimentary cashmere throws; 400 thread count Frette linens (and Frette bathrobes) on four poster canopy beds; complimentary Wi-Fi; iHome alarm clock radios; full baths with flat-screen TV’s, Italian marble and heated towel racks; 42-inch flat-screen TV’s; surround sound stereo systems and even fresh flowers, places Fifteen Beacon in a class of its own when discussing Boston’s most attentive hotel properties for families. Rooms come arranged with either queen or king beds in one- and two-bedroom suites.
Guests may also delight in complimentary access to the hotel’s 24-hour fitness center. If you’re looking for some fun off the property, Fifteen Beacon offers guests complimentary car service, also. The onsite restaurant, Mooo, is open for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner, and offers guests a modern take on the classic steakhouse menu.
There are also pet-friendly accommodations on the property, along with healthy organic snacks for your family’s favorite four-legged friend.

Beacon 15 Hotel
Historical charm with elegant updates makes this hotel special. Located within walking minutes of Boston Common, the location is excellent. The concierge was very helpful with dinner reservations and directions. They offer complimentary transportation when available. We had a party of seven and utilized the vehicle several times. We were very pleased with the service. The hotel staff was excellent. They were very helpful, pleasant and professional. The food was remarkable. The blueberry pancakes and lobster Mac and cheese was standouts. Great bar as well!

Nice boutique hotel well located, next to Boston Common and walking distance from Charles Street.
The rooms are cozy with a fire place but I don’t recommend the rooms located in the inner courtyard as they are noisy.
The ultimate service in this hotel was definitely the Concierge desk. Ryan McDonnell and Daryl Popper have been incredible to us! They were able to find us, at the very last minute, 8 great seats ideally located for the Celtics Opening Game.
Thank you again Ryan and Daryl for your personal involvement in this challenging request. My family had the best time that evening!
