Great location, great views, friendly staff

We loved the area and this beach. Our room was super clean and large. Each and every staff member was very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be back! We don't normally eat breakfast but everything was fresh and hot and the area was constantly being cleaned. I agree with other reviewers that the staff genuinely seemed to enjoy working there.

Best Holiday Inn Express hotel

Nice large parking lot, check in was quick and easy. We had a suite on the 8th floor, which was beautiful. Large living room, small kitchen (fridge, microwave, sink, and table with two chairs). Two bathrooms, one had a tub/shower combo, the other was the very large on off the bedroom with a very large walk in shower. Doors in both the living room and bedroom opened onto the balcony with a beautiful view of the beach and gulf. Two tables and four chairs were on the balcony to sit and people watch and have a nice relaxing drink.
The breakfast was great. A larger selection of food than any other Holiday Inn Express I have stayed at. Inside seating, or they had tables outside available.
All employees were polite, always had a cheerful good morning or good afternoon when we came in.
Within a 5 minute drive of just about all the restaurants, and you could walk to Margaritaville Beach Hotel about a 1/2 block from the hotel that has an excellent restaurant called Frank & Lola Love Pensacola.
