All of the resort’s 101 rooms and suites offer guests air conditioning, coffeemakers, refrigerators and daily continental breakfast. Every room, excluding the Standard and Standard Inn rooms, offers magnificent views of the water via deck or patio.

Good for conventions or tourism

Two of us stayed here on two occasions. Colorful decor emphasizes Provincetown's maritime history. Our rooms were quiet and comfortable. My only complaint is the bathrooms. The wash basins were too small, and the ledges above made it awkward if you bend over them. Also the toilets were very low and small and right next to the walls. Otherwise the rooms were fine. The buffet breakfast for $14 is very good. All of the staff were very courteous and helpful.

Amazing place! We loved our room right on the water. Spectacular view. Room was very clean and comfortable. Welcoming and friendly staff. Very close to town center. Would definitely recommend! Hope to visit again soon.
