I booked at this hotel at least a month and a half in advance for 5 business travelers. 3 days before check-in (Friday), I received an impersonal, spam-looking email stating that my reservation had been cancelled. It did not give the confirmation number so I didn't know which of my reservations were cancelled, and I called the reservations center and they said all 5 of my reservations were in tact. I received another similar email on that Monday, and so decided to call the sales team to make sure. They informed me (the day before check-in) that all of my reservations had been cancelled and they did not offer any help to find a new location for the team members. It was very poor customer service and I was very disappointed with the lack of information up front that my rooms were cancelled, and lack of any concessions or help to find a new hotel the day before check-in. I have worked with a lot of hotels and this was a terrible experience.

This hotels offers an excellent location in the West End district with countless restaurants all within walking distance along with the aquarium across the street. Very nice appointed rooms, super clean and Southern hospitality await you. Parking Tip - self parking is across the street. If you park and plan on leaving in the morning, select overnight, it is exactly for 12 hours and pay $10. If you select hotel parking you get 24 hours for $14. Both excellent options to the $30 valet and you only have to walk across the street. If you want to unload your car at the hotel, pull into the garage, park for 10 min at no charge.
