Hampton Inn Anchorage is a wonderful hotel for families with kids to go. The hotel is perfect if you’re visiting the Point Woronzof, Campbell Creek Greenbelt and Tony Knowles Coastal Trail. Other points of interest include the Imaginarium Discovery Center and Anchorage Museum at Rasmuson Center. The hotel has 101 rooms, each with a mini-fridge and microwave. It also has a fitness center, tennis courts, swimming pool and nearby golf course. Middle Way Cafe, Lucky Wishbone and Stuart Anderson’s Cattle Co are all kid-friendly restaurants that are good and are close to the hotel.

Comfortable & conveniently located

Comfortable, conveniently located. Varied breakfasts. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff that was very helpful at recommending things to do. When it wasn't foggy I had a view of the mountains. Sufficient fitness center.

A good base in Anchorage

The Hampton Inn is a good place to stay and we found it comfortable. The free mini-bus service to the town centre was a very valued service and worked extremely well. The breakfast had a good variety of products and we enjoyed it although at a time of increasing environmental concerns, it is surprising that all the cutlery, plates etc were disposable. We were surprised that our room wasn't made up on our return from a day's sightseeing but maybe that is the norm. The staff were VERY helpful and courteous. There is a restaurant just across the car park for evening meals and the pool and leisure centre is an excellent feature. We would stay there again as it is a good base.
