Worst Stay

Hotel's exercise room was closed all time and when asked I was told it was under renovation. I was promised a 10,000 points back to my account at the night of the 27 for my September 25-27' stay but did not happened as of now, (6 weeks later). This told me much about the manager who identified himself as Jim.

Second, the front desk lady was unprofessional in dealing with me. She was very doubtful and distrustful, and her loud tone of voice was very disrespectful when I requested change of the room which was very smelly and dirty.

Nice hotel

The rooms were nice and clean. Towels and bathroom were excellent. The lobby was nice and neat. The hotel staff were very professional and attentive to my needs. The check in was fast. I would recommend this hotel to all my friends and family.
