Television was on in the first room that I was assigned to, and there were scraps of paper on the floor. I returned to front desk, and was placed in a second room where I also found the television on when I entered and the bed was not made.
Front desk person was helpful and upgraded my room at no charge but she could not do anything about housekeeping staff that was clearly not up to par.

If you're looking for affordablity and great location plus a very nice staff, choose this place. Great value and within reach of all Indy has to offer. Wouldn't hesitate to stay here again! Check it out!
