Management needs to pay more attention to detail. Assigned room had not been cleaned when I checked in. No one picked up when I called for room service. Front desk did not relay order to room service when they said they would. Conference room was not set up as expected. AV guy was not there that day and no one else understood the equipment which delayed our meeting. When ordering food in the conference room, it was suggested that do not order off the main menu as that would be too complicated. No hot water on the first day. Expect more.

The front desk staff is AMAZING. Super friendly and helpful with lots of suggestions of where to eat and what to do around the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable. the Knife restaurant was great as was the service. The room service was great to with a super friendly waiter. I would definitely stay here again.
