Probably one of the worse hotels we stayed at. We were getting ready for bed and realized the sheets were dirty, water leaked in the restroom the whole time. Heard every little noise in every room around us which was really annoying. Then when I got my invoice I seen that total charge with tax was $92 and they charged my card $110! Asked the front desk if they could put the money back and he just made excuses for the mix up. Never got my refund!

This facility had multiple issues from cooling/heating in several rooms, refrigerator issues, dog barking all night which then caused a baby to cry every time he barked (all night and morning)! The staff moved slow to help resolve issues. The Manager was present for the entire stay and reported issues and pretended as if at check-out it was her first time hearing of it. She then did not know what to do to correct the balance on the bill. At no point did any of the staff including the Manager Antionette King attempt to resolve any of the issues completely, we went from one issue to another!
