I've stayed at the Embassy Suites Philadelphia Airport on numerous occasions. I just stayed this past weekend with my 3 elderly family members. The staff was very compassionate and made sure that we got a room on the bottom floor because of their physical difficulties. We have been coming recently because a family member in philadelphia was ill. They showed so much care and concern for us during our stay. I cannot say enough about how impressed I am with them. In particular, Japrianna, Gerrell, and Tysheia deserve the highest rating. They provide exceptional customer service and they remembered me and took a personal interest in making sure that my stay was as comfortable as possible. The suite was amazing. My family was very comfortable. We enjoyed everything about our stay and are coming back within a week because my sick family member passed away. The staff at this hotel are the best of all hotels that I've ever been. I have been a member of Hilton honors for about 15 years or more. I've stayed in many hotels but none compare to this one in respect to the staff and cleaness. The chef Brian that makes the to-order breakfast also deserves the highest rating. He is always fast and pleasant. He has made me fall in love with omelets. I don't know how he does what he does and can keep the orders in his head and do them so fast. His service is amazing. I just couldn't wait to get home to give this review because they made my trip so wonderful in spite of the sad reason for my visit. God bless them all.

A nice enough hotel although the inner decor from the courtyard reminds you of a prison. It is convenient to the airport and Eastwich railway station although impossible to walk given the busy roads. However there is an half hourly bus shuttle that is free. The breakfast was above average for a similar hotel chain but they charge an extortionate price for car parking which I find quite unacceptable given the room price. Also the free wifi is totally inadequate. It seems they want to screw every last cent out of thir customers. I also found it impossible to get a complimentary coffee at any time other than at breakfast. I even asked for some milk so I could make tea in the room, and I had my own tea bags, but that was deemed too difficult by the restaurant staff.
