Noisiest Hotel Ever

We stayed at the Embassy Suites this past weekend for a wedding. We specifically chose this hotel because they offered suites and we wanted to have the extra space.
Check-in and the happy hour were great.
However, we were never warned about the construction. The noise was consistently loud and bothersome from 9am-6pm each day. Even on the weekends. There was no opportunity to rest and relax in your room during the day due to the non-stop noise.
We called down to the front desk and were basically told it would keep going until 6.
I am not sure why they would even put guests in the rooms so close to the construction. This was my first stay there and definitely my last. It was an expensive stay to not be able to relax. The area is wonderful....but looks like its back to the Marriott Water Street for me.

We have stayed at this hotel several times and have always been very satisfied...and this time was no different! All the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the room was very nice and clean. This was our first time eating at the new restaurant Taste and I would highly recommend it! All the staff was outstanding...especially the guys at the bar (I didn’t think to get their names). The burgers were huge and delicious and the fries were to die for! Will definitely use this hotel again in the future!
