This is not your cookie cutter Springhill. Lobby is on the 3rd floor which is the main ground level. 1st and 2nd are below and there is covered parking. Friendly and outgoing staff, awesome bartender, and clean rooms!

I booked SpringHill for a weekend trip to Tarrytown, and overall, I can say that I had a good stay in room 503.
The front desk staff was great; they made me feel taken care of. One member acknowledged me when I was waiting in line to check-in and even expedited my check-in when I said I didn't have a bed preference, another assisted me with my luggage and asked me about my stay, and another gave me a late check-out despite my last minute ask. The bar staff was great, too. The promotional literature mentioned a hotel restaurant, which the bartender explained the hotel does not have. To assist me, he offered comprehensive list of area restaurants so that I could order dinner. I really appreciated not having to figure out the local dining options on my own! Cleaning staff was friendly, and housekeeping managers maintained an active presence in the hotel.
The room is very three-star, but is more than satisfactory. The microwave, plates and plasticware, fridge, and coffee table made eating in super easy when I didn't want to Uber to area restaurants. I had a good quality of sleep thanks to the comfortable bed and good heating unit. The room wasn't perfect. I'd recommend replacing the clock unit and the extra blanket in the closet (very scratchy), and I'd recommend checking the tv (I had picture quality problems).
While housekeeping was always present throughout the weekend, my room wasn't cleaned. I don't say this to complain, but to suggest that the staff might be overwhelmed by the demands of maintaining the rooms. Other indications that housekeeping might need support were the multiple requests fellow guests made for different rooms. Based on what I heard, I think a more careful inspection of rooms could have prevented at least one of the complaints I heard.
Thanks for a good stay!
