Four of us friends met here for a girls weekend and were unpleasantly surprised at the hotel prices in Nashville! However, we were very pleased with this Hampton, in spite of it being more expensive than the usual Hampton price. Location was great, easy to get to with secure and plentiful parking. We had a 15 minute ride to the Broadway hotspots. Room was clean, beds were comfy. Our room looked out over the pool which looked great (too cold in November though!) The staff gave us good dinner recommendations (Martin's BBQ) and assured us it was a safe area for walking at night. The happy man attending to breakfast in the mornings made us smile. Great stay.

I’ve stayed here before because of its proximity to Sarah Cannon and it wasn’t an issue the first time around. This time, I stayed for two days and both nights, I woke up with insect bites. The first morning it was only around 2-3 on my arms so I ignored it. The next morning, I woke up in a rush to check out but something was awfully wrong because I was beyond itchy at work. Of course when I checked, I’ve gained a new collection of insect bites throughout my body- neck, shoulders, arms, elbow and legs. It’s been 2 days since and these bug bites are still swollen and I’m still irritated. Being away from home to work is stressful enough, but this stay made it even worse. I’ve dry cleaned all my clothes from this trip, inspected my suitcase and I’ve even made an appointment to see the dermatologist. Thanks a lot. BONUS: I was even stuck in the elevator for 5 mins. I called for help and none of the staff came. I only got out because another customer hailed the elevator from the outside.
