House keeping and staff

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The house keeper by the name of Brenda Glanda went above and beyond, any questions or concerns that I had she was able to answer and provided guidance. The services she provided during my 7 days stay, were excellent. I would like for the Hilton Honors contact the hotel and let them know that Brenda Glanda is an excellent employee and I will be staying at this Hotel and would like for Brenda Glandman to be the house keeper for my room during my stay.

In a couple words: worst hotel, false advertisement, elevators don't work, noisy room due to ventilation system located inside of closet, no entertainment, dirty beach, no beach umbrellas, clogged toilet.
