Horrible managers, got sick from the seafood in the Oyster Bar, someone had thrown their drinks all over a bank of video poker and it stayed that way for hours...no clean up and a manger with attitude when we asked if someone would clean them so we could GAMBLE there!!! This place will never be the same as it was before. Sad.

We were blown away by the quality of the room and service during our eight day stay. The front desk staff were very helpful and our room was recently renovated, there is a good selection of restaurants onsite and others near by in Victoria Square.
Despite our room being on the I-80 side of the resort it was remarkably quite, we were on a high floor but it was very quite. The view on that side of the hotel towers was nice as well. Be aware that while it has a Starbucks onsite their process is different, same quality service & you can use the Starbucks app but it takes longer to get your order.
The only negative's we found was valet and the buffet, while the valet staff did their best they were clearly under staffed on Friday, Saturday & Sunday nights during our stay & we waited over 30 minutes to drop off & pick-up our vehicle the next morning. The valet team was for the most part a very upbeat group but they needed more help. The other negative was the buffet, it was closed after our first night on property, good that maintenance & cleaning was being done but of the 8 days we were there it was only open for one night.
