Overview

Seven Stars Resort & Spa stretches across 1,200 feet of Grace Bay Beach. Among Provo’s accommodations, Seven Stars offers 107, one- to seven-bedroom upmarket condominium units. A large, heated saltwater pool anchors the property, with two buildings on either side of the water and one building behind the pool. For the best views for the price, book a full oceanview unit in the building behind the pool, but high enough so that your view isn’t obstructed by the restaurant or the palm trees.
All buildings have elevators and all units even the studios come with a full kitchen. The upscale amenities include granite kitchen counters, Nespresso machines, marble bathrooms, terry cloth robes and flat-screen TV’s. Rates include complimentary sailing, windsurfing, kayaking and other non-motorized sports.
In addition to the Sand Dollar pool cafe, Seven Stars Resort & Spa features Seven, a seafood and steak restaurant with new, innovative menus introduced in 2016. Also launched in 2016 are upgraded spa services and fitness offerings.

I just returned from a trip to Seven Stars. I picked the resort based on the reviews from Tripadvisor. This will be a detailed review, but I will summarize things now.
Pros:
- Amazing Beach
- Grocery store, shops, and food within walking distance
- Currency is USD
- Friendly Staff
Cons:
- Received no tour on arrival and had to navigate property on my own. I watched families receive tours
- Not many options for off-resort transportation
-Not the same standard of other 5 Star resorts
- Little Birthday Extras. I am used to balloons, towel animals, something in room. This resort offers a glass of champagne. If you do not drink alcohol, I believe non alcoholic versions are available.
Now for the full review:
Upon arrival, I received a Welcome Drink and was taken straight to the room. My travel agent told me to ask for a room away from the construction, I did this at check-in however the young lady that checked me in acted as if this was not possible. I was tired from a day of traveling, I gave it a shot. Thankfully, the angle of the room allowed me to enjoy my oceanfront room. I would advise selecting a different room if you want no views of the construction. Also, there is a 22% upcharge for everything on the island. Plan accordingly.
Below I will describe my experience throughout the resort.
Check In:
-Simple and Fast
-Was offered no tour of the property
Room ( Junior Ocean Front Suite):
- Very Clean
- Minimal Noise in the Alia Building
- Spacious
Beach: White powdery sand and beautiful water. Loved it.
Staff: The staff made this trip and my birthday great.
Romeo & Daniel at the Champagne Shack were AMAZING. They took great care of all of the patrons and remember guests by name. It was great to receive an individualized greeting daily and to see smiling faces all around. These two were also great resources for activities and all things "To Do".
Charles and Mike on the Beach took great care of me. From setting up your beach section to ensuring that you are comfortable, they handle it all. The smoothie samples and Evian sprays were great additions on the beach.
Evens at the adult pool always offered a smiling face and optimal customer service. He definitely went above and beyond.
Ms. Lynn in the mart was really nice and a great resource.
Spa:
I booked the rejuvenation package and Leonella(sp) provided optimal service. She was knowledgeable and this treatment blew the socks off of any that I have received thus far. I love the spa.
Room Service:
Great alternative. They provide food from the Deck restaurant. $5 delivery fee.
Overall a great trip. While there were times where some staff members provided minimal to no service, the ones that did were great. I would return.

The Seven restaurant in the seven stars resort was amazing! Specifically -Gill and Ronald made the best martini’s on the planet! A French/Chocolate/Espresso and lemon Basil. We didn’t want to leave and had bar appetizers -try the roasted cauliflower with goat cheese. It’s a winner!!! What a nice atmosphere ????
