The service I received from Jordan and Isaac was very prompt and professional.I have never used a valet service and did not use the valet key that comes with the car, but Jordan and Isaac were very trustworthy.

Hotel staff and valet were knowledgeable and friendly. Breakfast food was always tasty and I appreciated the change from day to day.
Only criticism is the cleanliness of the dining room dishes and the hotel rooms. Each morning, of my three-day stay, I found glasses in the dining room with lipstick on the rim. Also, on the day I checked in, I had to wipe the room's desk and tables down
because they had dried spills on them. Oily smudges covered the mirrors and windows. On my last day, I had to get more toilet paper from the front desk because the cleaning service did not leave any. I'd stay at this hotel again, but I'd be sure to bring cleaning wipes and glass cleaner.
Family Activities
Pool
On the hotel's second floor roof, a small pool makes for a nice retreat for families. The pool's depth is 3 to 4 feet and too small for adults wanting to swim laps, so kids will have free reign of the pool while mom and dad relaxes on a lounge chair.
Area Attractions
Nearby, the historic district of Savannah awaits exploration, with trolley tours, candy shops, parks, and kid-friendly attractions.
Family Dining
Meeting Room Restaurant and Bar
The Meeting Room is the Holiday Inn's on-site restaurant, which serves up a free breakfast buffet daily. Dinner is served nightly from 5 to 10 p.m., with a kid's menu featuring all of the standards - and kids eat free! The menu is pretty limited to salads, sandwiches and appetizers, but you're in walking distance from Savannah's best restaurants.
Room service
Room service is available, and vending machines are also located in each floor.
Planning & Tips
All about the Extras
The hotel features self-serve laundry facilities, which is a nice plus after spending a day in Savannah's sweltering summer heat or a visit to the sandy shores of Tybee Island.
All cars must be valeted through the hotel, which charges $15 per day and leaves cars beside the hotel in an open lot. Nearby parking lots charge $10 to $15, as well.
Adjoining the pool is a small fitness center with a treadmill, stationary bike and elliptical machine.
The Art of Smart Timing
Savannah can get very hot and muggy in the summer months, so a visit during the spring or fall is more appealing to families and better deals will be found during summer's hottest months. However, Savannah's rich history makes it a year-round destination for visitors who seek milder temperatures, holiday visits or even brave summer's humidity.
Getting There
Savannah's airport, the Savannah/Hilton Head International Airport, services the area, although less frequently than those flying into Jacksonville (2 hours away) or Atlanta (4 hours away). Driving into the city is easy, as Savannah is located just off I-95. The historic district's one-way streets can be a bit tricky to navigate, but you'll need a car if you'd like to branch away from the historic area to see neighboring attractions and sites in Tybee Island or Hilton Head.
For Mom and Dad
The hotel's piano bar serves up casual cuisine in an adult setting from 5 to 10 p.m.
