The Chelsea Hotel is a major hub in Toronto, it stays very busy with conferences and such. Huge hotel with ample parking in the garage (pricey for hotel guests), several places to get food, pool, gym and spa are nice amenities. Good customer service, beautiful lobby, rooms are small and dated. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Close to everything.

Once again the Chelsea lived up to my expectations. Our conference room rate was the best offered among several others. I arrived on Halloween and despite being very busy checking in was smooth. Jack o lanterns in the lobby were festive (an employee contest of which they were very proud). Being from a rural area, I found the city noise intrusive but the bed was very comfortable.
