We visited the ranch in mid-July for a fly fishing and family vacation. We stayed in the Caribou cabin which was perfect for our family of four. It is a beautiful cabin with a beautiful rock fireplace and king size bed but also includes with a large upstairs room and bath which provided some privacy for our two twenty something sons. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch listening to the river in the evening while playing Ranch provided board games. The fly fishing is great (our main reason for going) and the Ranch also has a fully stocked pond which provides additional fishing opportunities. We also enjoyed a horseback riding adventure and spent time at the pool and hot tub. There is also hiking on the property. The food is fantastic and as meals are eaten family style we had the opportunity to meet all of the other ranch guests. Karen and Hayley also made special meals for my son who is a vegan. We enjoyed every minute of our stay.

This place is amazing ! We took our family here to celebrate an anniversary. 16 of us ages 5 - 70 and all had a great stay...even the teenagers. The accommodations are clean and comfortable, the food is delicious and plentiful, and the setting is beautiful. The pool and hot tub are a great way to relax after days’ activities. Although we did not use the Orvis fishing guides, we enjoyed watching the daily catches. The trout pond was fantastic for the kids...adults too ! The little ones were thrilled to run to the “hen house and check for eggs. We did enjoy horseback riding.. beautiful scenery, white-water rafting.. thrills, and zip-lining.. wow ! But Hayley, Nick, Karen, Dean and the entire staff are kind, patient and always attentive to your needs. Hayley was so helpful in planning this trip and answered all my many questions. We would definitely return to North Fork Ranch !!
