This beachfront resort is as luxurious as one would expect of a Four Seasons’ hotel. Lounge beside the heated outdoor swimming pool or take a dip in the Atlantic Ocean, play tennis or golf, or enjoy the resort’s spa. Kids 3 to 12 can enjoy the complimentary Kids for All Seasons daily programming from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Kids will participate in a variety of arts and crafts, sandcastle building, shell seeking, nature walks and more. On Saturday nights, an evening program (fee applies) is provided so parents can dine alone in one of the resort’s three onsite restaurants (kids eat free from the kids menus at all three). Teens will enjoy air hockey, Foosball, board games, computer games and pool available throughout the resort.
The four-story resort buildings house 210 guestrooms and suites. Families may prefer the one- or two-bedroom suites offering separate living and sleeping areas, with private balconies offering ocean views. Families can also request connecting rooms for standard guestrooms, as well as microwaves, refrigerators and cribs. Swim diapers and Diaper Genies are also available. All rooms and suites feature iPod docking stations, BOSE stereo systems, DVD players and flat-screen TV’s.

I can’t say enough positive things about the staff at the Four Seasons in Palm Beach. Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. The service was second to none.
That’s where most of the compliments end, though. The “Palm View” room was tiny and drab. The balcony was tiny and the view was nonexistent. The power went out in the room when I tried to make an espresso and heat up some water for tea at the same time. It felt like a rundown hotel room with a nice bed.
Every time we came back to the room, someone was inside “servicing” the room (what the heck could they be doing in there several times a day?) even if the beds were made and the room didn’t need servicing. I appreciate the multiple turndowns but it was a little inconvenient.
The pool was adequate. No wow factor, but the service was so good around the pool that we spent most of our time there. They even provided a pack n play four our baby to sleep in. The beach setup was nice as well.
The gym has brand new equipment, pelotons, saunas, refrigerated water, etc. It was top notch.
The restaurant was average and overpriced. Somehow my wife managed to get a $49 breakfast and she barely ordered anything. Dinner was not good, either. The grouper I ate on our first night was extremely bland and tasteless. Thankfully there are many nice restaurants in the area that the hotel house car will bring you to complimentary.
I’ve been to other Four Seasons hotels in various parts of the world and the US. This is my least favorite one. We won’t be back.

45 minutes to get a drink. Half of the orders were missing. Two and a half hours to have dinner. Then chasing the server for a bill. The food seemed good, but slow service ruins the evening.
Oh, and we asked for bread to tide us over. The server tells us that they eliminated some soup, so they now don't have bread. Just goofy
