Amazing beds! Staff is super friendly! Fantastic Concierge booked a private tour to the Pyramids! We both felt special! Will return on our anniversary!

Mosquitoes

by Karim H

I came here for a wedding so was able to get a very reasonable wedding rate (the normal rates advertised at the front desk seemed totally nuts to me), but even so left disappointed as there's so much wrong with the hotel. Worst of all one day housekeeping decided to leave my window open, and I got completely ravaged by mosquitoes that night. But besides that, there's just a single elevator location to serve a building that spans an entire city block, so if you happen to be on the other side of the property, the walk from the elevator to your room is just ludicrously long (I was in room 420 which was about as bad as it gets). The food was OK but nothing special, which was also disappointing since Mexico City is known as such a great place to eat. The spa is also totally perfunctory: a small and isolated pool, and a cramped gym which is split between two converted hotel rooms into which they've just thrown some exercise equipment. I was disappointed overall and surprised by all the positive reviews.
