This was our first time staying at this hotel and it was somewhat of a disappointment. While the location is great, and, the people at the front desk are friendly, the room we had was very small, the controls for the heating/cooling system did not work, the alarm clock was broken and we had no remote for the tv. In spite of its great location based on room size and the number of small but annoying issues we will look for someplace else to stay upon our return to New York. We have stayed in many I Preferred Hotels and this one was not up to the standard of the others.

Nice little boutique hotel.
Mood lighting in the room. My room was a single king bed which was a cozier room than the two bed room.
Very quite so slept well. Comfy bed.
Great pressure in the shower.
Staff was really helpful and friendly. Location was good for shops and restaurants. Fun penthouse bar with good menu items and reasonably priced.
I would stay here again and have already recommended it to co-workers.
