It was an ok Hotel but in a nice location. I used my points to pay half of the bill, however the staff wasn`t used to this condition. I had some really bad time there, but in the end it was ok. I would return, by the way.

Having visited many times this is the absolute best Hotel we’ve stayed in New York. Why? Well, the location, the rooms, the staff, the restaurant, they made this hotel the best choice. Do not hesitate honestly you won’t be disappointed and we are very fussy. Ate in the restaurant for a scrumptious evening meal. Didn’t opt for breakfast, when in New York we love to try street food. The outside balcony is just brilliant. Don’t listen to any comments about the lifts, most we waited maybe a couple of minutes. Housekeeping staff also excellent.
