I would like to start off by thanking Austin who is the most professional person I have ever spoken to in my business travels. The JW in Cherry Creek is the finest hotel i the Denver area. From the time you check in the valets are so courteous an remember you every time you come down for your car. The housekeeping staff is so polite as always greats you and ask if there is anything they can do for you. Nespresso Machines in all rooms and a 60" Qled Samsung TV. Well I won't keep going but when you walk in your room just push a button and your curtains raise with a touch of a button. Austin again thank you so much.
With Every Good Wish,

We chose this hotel over the two hot newcomers to the Cherry Creek hotel scene because we really liked the look of the recently renovated rooms. We were not disappointed.
We stayed in a Mountain View King room which really did have a nice sweeping view of the Rockies off in the distance. The room was spacious with a nice chaise lounge, desk and chair, ample drawer space, and all in soft cream coloring. The overall effect was glamorous. The bathroom was modern and slick with two sinks, separate shower and tub, and good lighting. Given the main reason for staying at this hotel was the room, we were very happy we were not disappointed.
The rest of the hotel is nice, but not all areas look as fine as the rooms. The basement gym has also been renovated and it is a bright modern space where you can get a pretty good workout with a decent amount of equipment available to you. The lobby and elevators have a more traditional older look and there can be a wait for elevators as it seems they should have built the hotel with an extra one. The hotel restaurant, Social Fare, is nice but it was pretty empty on a Saturday night while the restaurants at competing hotels were hopping. We did have breakfast there one morning and it was a good experience.
The hotel is located in the middle of the vibrant Cherry Creek neighborhood which is a fun and walkable area to stay with plenty of upscale shopping and restaurant choices to entice you. We would happily stay here again but given the tough competition in the area, the hotel should continue renovations and jazz up the restaurant. Parking is $49 per night but there is no “resort fee” which was appreciated, especially since there is no pool or spa.
