THEhotel is a 43-story hotel that offers about 1,120 suites inside Mandalay Bay. There is no casino, though one can be accessed through a long hallway. It is easy to forget you are even in Vegas with the sleek walls of lighting and modern art seem more at home in a chic New York City hotel. Elegantly appointed suites feature living rooms, wet bars and water closets. They offer plenty of space for families to feel comfortable. Modern amenities are in the rooms, including plasma televisions, DVD players and high-speed Internet. Cribs are available by request. Two restaurants are at the hotel — the cafe and Mix. Mix is a sleek French and American restaurant with a beautiful atmosphere accented by white-and-silver chandeliers and blown glass. Guests also have access to the restaurants and pool at Mandalay Bay. The Shark Reef Aquarium presents a large walk-thru tank with crocodiles, turtles and moon jellies. Typically, Mandalay Bay offers live entertainment shows, like Disney’s The Lion King.

Fabulous place- mattress was worn out and visibly sunken in.
Pillows had a smell and were terrible quality like the mattress. We complained but was told all the beds were the same quality. We had a terrible time sleeping we were so uncomfortable.

While the staff was very friendly, we had no hot water for 3 days in a row. Despite telling the front desk it was never fixed and out last shower was still cold.
I upgraded from Mandalay Bay to Delano thinking it would be a nicer option. We were quite upset with the lack of hot water.
