Ok This Hotel is very nice and clean and the staff is AMAZING!! I just got back from celebrating my 50th birthday there and my partner had so many special request, like rose pedals and flowers in the room. They did everything PERFECT! I WAS VERY HAPPY!! The housekeeper on our floor room # 3216 was fantastic. Very accommodating, kind, courteous. All around GREAT EXPERIENCE! Ok now I need to say an EXTRA THANK YOU TO ALEX TOLHURST, One of the concierges at the hotel. HE went out of his way to make our vacation PERFECT, By setting up reservations and suggestions about beautiful places on the island. All around 5 star service!!!! FANTASTIC HOTEL & CREW. Definitely coming back.

This hotel was a little run down. Wifi did not work room changed.
My family member was stuck in a lift for about an hour and emergency button was pressed but no one came to aid quickly.
I had to advise desk that family member stuck on floor 11. They advised working on it but family member told me it took a while before staff were there to help.
One of the other rooms was leaking from roof and no room upgrade for inconvenience.
We had to stay on three different levels unless we upgraded pretty poor when you have 4 kids in tow.
I have not been impressed with Hilton hotels during the Hawaii trip.
I much preferred Outrigger hotels and will not use Hilton hotels again. . Outrigger hotels are designed for families and were much more accommodating for my family requirements.
